These series of moves follow right after returning to your Root after Capture the Ball, Both Sides.
1. From Capture the Ball > Part the Horse's Mane
2. Back Hand comes up
3. Rotate both hands, Pull as in playing tug-of-war
4. Make a "Plus Sign"
5. Move Forward and Press
6. Back Hand is the Bunny that Goes Over the Hedge
7. Separate, Palms Up
8. Roll down and Push
9. Return to the Root with your hands relaxed down, with a "carriage", ready to go to the other side
